    Offline working, one calendar, one-step invoicing

    The app keeps working when the connection drops and sends your changes when it returns, one calendar covers day, week and month, memberships and discounts arrive, and invoices are issued in a single step.

    • Keep working when the connection drops: client registrations, appointments, visits and notes are queued on the device and sent automatically when the server returns.
    • The calendar becomes one sheet with day, week and month views, opens at your location’s working hours, and shows clear day bars on phones.
    • Sell prepaid memberships that cover services on the invoice, and set up percentage or fixed discounts applied automatically to draft lines.
    • Save and issue an invoice in one step — even offline — with the number shown before you confirm; unpaid invoices can be paid by card.
    • Right-click row menus, drag-to-reorder lists, add missing lookup values without leaving a form, help on every field, and full Romanian on every page.

    Tiles across the platform gain scorecards with trend sparklines and targets, AI search arrives, contacts reach location and specialist workspaces, and invoicing lands with advances, receipts and official exchange rates.

    • AI search is now available and runs only when you ask for it, helping you find what you need faster.
    • Contacts can now be managed in the location and specialist workspaces, with trends for contacts and relationships included.
    • Invoicing arrives with advance invoices, cash receipts and exact stornos, legal cash ceilings enforced, and SAGA C export for issued invoices.
    • The official exchange rate is pre-filled on foreign-currency invoices, overdue invoices are flagged nightly, and Romanian VAT rates are up to date.

    The contact book is here

    The people and organisations you deal with get one shared record, connected to the suites you already run.

    • A shared contact book for people and organisations, with addresses, assignments and relationships kept on the record.
    • Contacts appear where you already work: in Operations and in People & time.
    • Included free when either suite is enabled — no separate plan, no extra seat.

  2. New

    Start small, finish later

    Records can now be saved with just the essentials and flagged as incomplete, so missing details never block the work in front of you.

    • Any record can be saved as incomplete — the essentials are enough, and the record is marked so you can see what still needs attention.
    • Inline "+ Add" creation in pickers: add a new provider, facility, product or service without leaving the form you are in.
    • Worker records get an automatically generated code.
    • A deactivated type can no longer be assigned to a service or a provider.
    • Recommendation types for subjects can be cloned and restored, together with their history.

  3. Improved

    Fresher screens, safer sign-ins

    The portal now updates itself when data changes underneath it, and a batch of security work landed across sign-in, MFA and webhooks.

    • Lists and records refresh on screen when the data behind them changes, without reloading the page.
    • Repeated failed sign-ins are throttled per account and per address, and MFA lockout behaves predictably.
    • Outgoing webhooks can no longer be pointed back at the platform itself.
    • The platform sees the real client address behind its gateway, so security logs and throttling match reality.

  4. New

    Workforce joins the platform

    The employment side of your people is now a module of its own, sitting next to the schedule they already appear on.

    • New Workforce module: worker records, engagement types, leave requests, leave types, leave entitlements, overtime and timesheets.
    • Request time off straight from the Activity calendar, or from the list — the dialog only appears for people who have a worker record.
    • Time-off requests now show as an overlay on the activity calendar, so leave and work are visible together.
    • Configuration now shows invitation status and tracks seat quota as you invite people.
    • Activities can be linked to an appointment.

  5. Improved

    A calmer shell, and guided tours

    The chrome around the modules was reworked so the assistant, the accessibility controls and the sidebar stop competing for the same corner.

    • Guided walkthroughs: a first-run tour of the portal, restartable at any time from the header, with what you have already seen remembered against your account rather than the browser.
    • The assistant is now a single edge tab rather than a floating button that moved under things.
    • The accessibility controls use the same edge-tab language, so both read as one system.
    • Sidebar footer gained collapse, what's new and status actions, with the collapse moved to the header burger.
    • Save errors are surfaced instead of being swallowed — a failed save now tells you it failed.
    • Your timezone saves through the shared date-and-time settings.

  6. New

    Report over the period you actually mean

    Every widget tile in the platform can now be pointed at its own period, or told to follow the dashboard it sits on.

    • A grouped period menu on every tile, with custom date ranges alongside the usual presets.
    • Tiles mark which period is current, which is the default, and which is inherited — so it is obvious where a number came from.
    • Setting a tile back to "use default" clears its own override rather than freezing the last value.
    • Tiles report against the period the server resolves, so two people in different timezones see the same figure.
    • Activity export hides internal identifier columns and the nested participants list.

    Scheduling gets sharper, security gets clearer

    Two changes aimed at the two moments people get wrong most often: booking outside opening hours, and losing track of what is signed in.

    • You are warned when an appointment falls outside the opening hours of the place it is booked at.
    • Provider lookups only offer providers who are currently active.
    • Resource allocation arrived, with breakdowns and counts of what a booking consumes.
    • The account security page was rebuilt: devices are easier to read, and you can revoke one as well as untrust it.

  8. New

    Make it look like yours

    Branding and personal preferences moved from a fixed theme to something each organisation and each person can set.

    • Accent themes, each with a matching logo and favicon, so a switched accent changes the whole mark and not just a button.
    • Pick a default organisation and it is starred in the switcher — you land there instead of choosing every time.
    • Several dashboards, kept side by side as browser-style tabs with a menu per tab.
    • Sign out everywhere, from the account security page.

  1. New

    Notes, comments and documents on the record

    The things people used to keep in a separate spreadsheet now live on the record they are about.

    • Notes with revision history and drag-to-reorder.
    • Threaded comments and document storage on subject records.
    • Note, comment and document counts shown as badges on list rows, so you can see what is there before opening anything.
    • Deleting a note or a document asks first.
    • Notes are available on facility, service, product and provider records too.

  2. New

    An assistant you can see the edges of

    The in-portal assistant stopped being a mystery box: you can see what it is doing and how much of it you have left.

    • A quota gauge that stays on screen, so nobody has to guess what is left.
    • Suggested prompt chips in the empty state, instead of a blank field.
    • While it works, it says what it is doing in words rather than showing a raw tool code.
    • The launcher is marked while the panel is open, so it is clear where the panel came from.

  3. Improved

    Plans that include part of a module

    We can now enable individual features inside a module, so your plan can include exactly the parts your team uses.

    • Categories, types and tags inside each module are now enabled independently of the module itself.
    • Single sign-on with an external provider is wired end to end.
    • Routes that are switched off are genuinely absent rather than hidden, so a link to one behaves like any other missing page.
